The Firm

One counsel for two legal systems. Gianluigi Cassandra is an Italian avvocato cassazionista — admitted before the higher courts and registered with the Salerno Bar — and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, authorised by the SRA under n. 629516.

The firm was founded in Salerno in 1999 with a precise goal: high-profile assistance and representation in civil and commercial matters, before the Italian courts and the higher Courts. Since February 2016 the practice has extended to the United Kingdom, where Avv. Cassandra works as a consultant solicitor with English law firms — first in Liverpool, then in Manchester — assisting Italian businesses and entrepreneurs, and private clients, across central and northern England and Wales.

Thanks to the Italian offices in Roma and Salerno and a close-knit network of correspondent colleagues — built over the years also through his commitment within AIGA and on the Council of the Salerno Bar — assistance reaches every court in Italy.
